Campus Sustainability Revolving Fund

The Campus Sustainability Revolving Fund (CSRF) finances sustainability initiatives at the University of Saskatchewan. Projects that result in utility savings or those that facilitate behaviour change are funded. The fund is also used for initiatives with potential to use campus operations as a “living laboratory” for experiential learning and academic research. Savings resulting from initiatives that directly achieve utility savings are captured and reinvested in the fund. This reinvestment of savings enables ongoing financial support for sustainability projects and initiatives by providing a source of funds to grow the CSRF balance and to support sustainability initiatives that do not yield savings directly.
