Webinar on Submetering in Green Revolving Fund Management

December 3, 2013

At 3pm EST on Tuesday, December 10, SEI hosted Measurement and Verification: Submetering in Green Revolving Fund Management. This was the first of the Billion Dollar Green Challenge’s new webinar series. This new series gathers some of the expertise and experience of green revolving fund managers on The Challenge to present on implementation and management topics in green revolving funds and energy efficiency projects.

The first webinar in this series focused on submetering and whole building measurement as part of a measurement and verification (M&V) strategy.  This webinar featured Jim Gudjonson from Thompson Rivers University and Matt O’Keefe from the University of New Hampshire who presented on building submetering methods. Both described their process for weighing the costs and benefits of installing submeters and planning measurement and verification of project savings.
